www.SeeHere.com is a scam, I think?

So, today I am making lunch and when I am done I sit down to go watch some TV. I flip through the channels and finally decide to watch Andrew Zimmerman on the travel channel. Commercial comes on. Fine. It’s a commercial for this website called www.seehere.com On the commercial they state that you can get 100 free 4x6 photo prints if you register for their site. So, I go to their website when I am done eating and I register. Registration is completely free. They send me an e-mail with the prints code for the free prints. I upload my photos and then I add the 100 prints to my cart. I add the code they gave me and the prints STILL ARE NOT FREE! They want me to pay $32.14 for shipping. Shipping of the prints is not included. They get you there. Sure, the 100 prints are free, but it does not include shipping. RIP OFF! They should at least have some fine print!
